Conditions of use

By using these services, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you shall not use the services offered through the website. I only grant use and access to the services to those who have accepted these terms.

Rights of Admission

As a freelance studio, Breez Studio cannot guarantee accessibility of the services at any time to every person, specially during times of high demand of the service. Therefore, access to the service will be conditioned upon the availability at the moment that it is requested.

Breez Studio also reserves the right of admission to the service to clients that have proved to consistently generate losses of time and money for the business. Dismissed requests may be communicated with the reasons that justify the decision.

Use of the Service

The DMCA services in this website are provided through different plans that are paid monthly accordingly to the current pricing offered in the website. I reserve the right to update these plans and their prices at any time with the solely obligation to communicate the modifications to any customers that are using the service at that time.

Obligations of the customer

• Having no active plans in other services.
• Providing complete, correct and up-to-date information when signing up to the service.
• Informing of any changes or modifications in the information provided.
• "Information" includes, but is not limited to, personal data, contact email, active model accounts, accounts in content platforms, etc.

Breez Studio is not liable for any consequences that may occur as a result of any information or details that have not been provided. That includes the reporting of legal content from user accounts that have not been indicated as such or any pirated content that has not been addressed because the account name was not provided.

Any claims or requests to have specific content reported or removed must be made during the active time of a plan and a reasonable time before the period of the plan ends. No further requests will be admitted once the plan is terminated and the report of that plan has been emailed to the user.

Duration and termination of the service

The default duration of a plan subscription in the website is 1 month. Users can subscribe for a single plan lasting for this period or join an auto-renewable one for an indefinite time. Auto-renewable subscriptions must be paid in advance and I reserve the right to cancel them with no previous notice in the case that a user is failing to comply with these payments. A plan cancellation doesn't free the user from paying the part of the service that may have been already provided before the termination.

Plan cancellation

Auto-renewable plans are considered renewed 24h before the period of the old plan ends (GTM+1 time).

Plan cancellations should be notified at least 3 days before the current plan period is over in order to be valid. Later notifications may be rejected or may come with a cancellation fee that will also include the cost of the work done for the cancelled plan.

Warranty

This service is provided with no warranty that a certan specific content will be removed. Breez Studio guarantees the full procedure of takedown request for any item requested as well as any further actions that may be considered potentially useful such as contacting companies that are providing services to the site that hosts the pirated content.
